Please allow 2-4 days for your delivery. In some cases delivery may take up to 7 days. We will keep you informed about the status of your order at all times through your account dashboard. Your order will be delivered by Post Office using their Tracked services.
We can only accept returns of faulty items. If your item is faulty and you wish to return it, please contact us on info@aestheticslab.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receipt. Our team will then provide you with the details of how your item can be returned. We will issue a refund on receipt of your return less any shipping and handling fees.
