The days of putting up with dimply, rough skin around your thighs are gone. Cellulite in Hampstead has effectively been banished to the past, with a multitude of effective treatments now available to get rid of it. Your biggest decision is simply which method to use. Here at the Aesthetics Lab, we can return your thighs back to their former splendour. We can help your skin look smoother and more toned. Here’s how we do it:
A practitioner will use a handheld probe, held close to the cellulite-affected skin. The probe emits radial waves to encourage a breaking down of fats and an increase in collagen production. It improves your blood circulation and flow of the lymphatic system, by stimulating your body’s own natural repair system and making it go temporarily into overdrive. Your body doesn’t have a wound to heal, but your skin benefits from the growth factors that produce fresh skin.
If you were to take two 30-60 minutes sessions a week for three weeks, you’d enjoy maximum results, which would begin to take effect a couple of weeks after your first treatment and would last for 12 months. Be cellulite free for up to a year!
This treatment also uses a device held close to the skin, but this time ultrasound energy is deposited into the deepest layers of your skin to stimulate the collagen production process. Your experienced therapist will be able to deposit the energy precisely where smoother, firmer, less dimply skin is required, thanks to ultrasound imaging.
The process doesn’t hurt, but the area will get intensely warm in short bursts. We recommend 4 to 6 sessions for maximum results and again the effects will be visible within a couple of weeks.
This method of removing toxins from your body is great for getting rid of cellulite and toning your body. You step inside an oversized body suit which will inflate and deflate with a view to increasing your circulation, your lymphatic flow and speeding up your metabolism. It’s great for removing cellulite, weight loss and body shaping.
Rather than using sound to jump start the body’s repair systems and produce collagen, this low-level light therapy uses light of an appropriate wavelength to do the same job. Sessions last for 15 to 30 minutes and 4 to 6 treatments are recommended. Again blood and lymphatic flow will be stimulated, leading to fresher, firmer skin for you.
An alternative treatment to all the above, is a series of microinjections into an area of the skin known as the mesoderm. 3 to 10 treatments are recommended.
