Rezhaw Luca Karadaghi is a London-based surgeon and aesthetics clinician with a strong background in surgery, research and medical education. A King’s College London graduate, he also holds a First Class Honours degree in Global Health and a Postgraduate Certificate in Evidence-Based Healthcare from the University of Oxford. His surgical career has included experience across general, cardiothoracic, vascular, orthopaedic and plastic surgery, with his more recent training focused particularly on plastic surgery at St Thomas’ Hospital. Alongside his clinical work, he has been involved in academic research, surgical teaching, quality improvement and mentoring, reflecting a long-standing interest in combining evidence-based medicine with education and patient care.
Alongside his surgical career, Rezhaw has developed extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, completing foundation and advanced training in anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, facial contouring, lip enhancement, non-surgical rhinoplasty, skin rejuvenation and the management of aesthetic complications. His further training includes technologies and treatments such as Morpheus8, FaceTite, BodyTite, Quantum, PRP, CO2 laser and biostimulators. His aesthetic practice covers facial enhancement, skin rejuvenation and regenerative treatments, with experience across a wide range of leading aesthetic brands and both needle and cannula techniques. His CV records approximately 1,500 aesthetic cases, alongside ongoing roles with several clinics in London and beyond.
Beyond clinical practice, Rezhaw has built a varied academic and leadership portfolio. He has co-authored published research, contributed to further surgical studies and case reports, and led multiple audits and quality-improvement projects that resulted in new clinical pathways and permanent changes to patient care. He has also presented at national and international conferences and founded initiatives spanning surgical teaching, mentoring, junior doctor support and wellbeing. As co-founder of the NGO ECHO, his interests also extend to global health and public health awareness. His wider creative interests, including art and painting, complement an approach to aesthetics that brings together surgical knowledge, clinical precision, evidence-based practice and an appreciation of facial form and detail.
