At Aesthetics Lab, we understand that our bodies change during different stages of our lives. It is not uncommon for some problem areas to be resistant to diet and exercise. Whether it is loose skin due to weight loss or ageing, persistent stubborn fat, baby weight, a muffin top or cellulite radiofrequency body contouring can help you to sculpt that ideal shape.

Our radiofrequency body contouring treatment is the first and only award-winning technology that amalgamates two technologies in one combating both loose skin and fat reduction thus delivering great results faster.
Exion and Exilis machines utilises mono-polar radiofrequency together with ultrasound, damaging fat cells beneath the skin, thus increasing metabolic activity and shrinking the fat cells without surgery, anaesthetic or even downtime.*
Simultaneously, the procedure strengthens and stimulates collagen, which firms and tightens the skin, resulting in an overall improved, toned look. Choose your condition from the list below and let us help you with a bespoke plan that delivers the best possible results.
The unique EFC™ (Energy Flow Control) ensures the optimal level of power is delivered to the target tissue at all times; energy is being monitored and adjusted in real-time thus making the procedure far more comfortable than any other radiofrequency technology.
Individual results may vary. This treatment is not a weight-loss solution. At Aesthetics Lab we encourage our clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle to maximise results.

Radio Frequency Body Contouring treatment at Aesthetics Lab is an award-winning procedure that kills fat cells and tightens the skin at the same time using RF and Ultrasound technology simultaneously.
At Aesthetics Lab, your health and well being always come first. During your initial radiofrequency body contouring consultation, we will take a look through your medical history to be sure this is the right treatment for you. It also provides a great opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have.
Hydration is an essential aspect of radiofrequency body contouring. Be sure to drink plenty of water in the days before, on the day of, and on the days after your treatment. This will aid lymphatic drainage for optimum treatment results. Before the procedure begins, your qualified aesthetician will take photographs for your medical records, and help us chart your progress effectively. Once you are comfortable in one of our tranquil treatment rooms, a sanitised disposable grounding pad will be applied to your back or bottom. This will then be attached to the contouring machine to effectively transfer energy (heat) from the machine to the target tissue.
Following your treatment, you are free to resume your day as normal. Be sure to drink plenty of water and enjoy 30 minutes of exercise to speed up metabolism and aid lymphatic drainage. Always follow additional aftercare advice, as provided to you by Aesthetics Lab.
Many clients find the treatment relaxing. The Elixis Elite machine has integrated cooling technology; the procedure should never feel painful nor will it burn you. Your aesthetician will monitor your progress carefully during the procedure, as well as your comfort levels.
This will depend on your body type, the area treated, and the results you’re looking for. Most people notice a visible and lasting improvement after 2 to 3 sessions.
Following a complete treatment course, results should last for as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Again, this varies from one individual to the next and depends on factors including diet, age and genetics. Top-up treatments may help to maintain results. We recommend you wait three months after the end of your course before booking a top-up. We also have a range of treatments, skin care products and healthy lifestyle coaching to help you maintain results.
Radiofrequency body contouring is not a one-off procedure. We typically recommend a course of six treatments, and you will begin after several treatments. Of course, everyone is different; your experienced aesthetician will undertake a thorough assessment during your consultation to prepare a personalised procedure plan.
