What is Infini Treatment?
Skin rejuvenating Infini treatment takes two leading approaches proven to trigger fresh collagen production and combines them to supercharge the results.
During the treatment, we use a handheld device containing 49 gold-plated, insulated microneedles to make microscopic channels into your skin and conduct high-intensity fractional radiotherapy deep within the dermis.
This works in two ways to strengthen and tone your skin. The pinprick wounds caused by the microneedling are barely visible and close almost instantly, but their formation triggers your skin’s natural healing response, causing it to make new collagen and elastin. This has the effect of filling in acne scars and fine lines and wrinkles and improving your skin tone and texture.
Meanwhile, Infini treatment converts the radiofrequency energy into heat below the surface of your skin. The resulting exothermic reaction causes any existing collagen to contract while triggering new collagen production too. This contraction means your skin will look and feel tighter and more lifted, without the need for surgery.

Step 2: During your treatment
We’ll begin this treatment by applying a topical numbing cream to your skin. Once the cream has taken effect, we’ll begin the microneedling and radiofrequency. You may experience sensations of warmth and pressure in the treatment area, but most people find this tolerable. The handheld microneedling device enables us to work at different levels within your skin to create more collagen and elastin for longer-lasting results.

Step 3: After the treatment
After an Infini treatment, you may find that your skin looks slightly red and swollen. You may also notice some pinpoint bleeding from where the microneedles have entered your skin.
