Your treatment starts with a consultation at Aesthetics Lab.

We will assess your skin, discuss the changes you have noticed and find out what you would like to achieve from treatment. Your medical history will also be reviewed to make sure JULÄINE™ is appropriate for you.

This is also an opportunity to discuss how collagen-stimulating treatments differ from more traditional injectable treatments. JULÄINE™ works progressively, so it is important that you understand how your results are expected to develop and what can realistically be achieved.

If JULÄINE™ is suitable, we will create a personalised treatment plan and explain the number of sessions that may be recommended.

Your medical consultation costs £150. This fee is redeemable against any medical treatment and is non-refundable.

Before treatment, the areas to be treated will be carefully assessed and marked.

JULÄINE™ is then introduced into the deeper layers of the skin. The product can be administered using appropriate injection techniques selected by your medical practitioner according to the treatment area and your individual needs.

Its smooth LASYNPRO™ microspheres are designed to integrate into the tissue and begin the process of stimulating new collagen production.

As with all injectable treatments at Aesthetics Lab, careful assessment and precise treatment are central to achieving a natural-looking result.

You may notice some temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising around the injection sites following treatment. These effects would usually be expected to settle within a few days.

Most patients can return to their usual daily activities immediately after their appointment.

You will be given appropriate aftercare instructions, which may include massaging the treated area as directed by your practitioner. You should follow these instructions carefully.

Unlike a treatment designed to produce an immediate filling effect, JULÄINE™ continues to work after you leave the clinic. Over the following weeks, collagen renewal gradually develops, helping to smooth the treated folds and improve the firmness and quality of the skin.

Further treatment sessions may be recommended 2–6 weeks apart. The interval and number of sessions will be determined following assessment by your treating clinician.

JULÄINE™ is an injectable treatment, but its approach is different from simply using a traditional filler to add immediate volume.

It is described as a skin bio-activator, meaning that its primary role is to activate the skin’s own collagen production. The improvement therefore develops progressively as new collagen forms.

For patients who prefer subtle changes and want to support their own collagen production, this regenerative approach may be particularly appealing.

LASYNPRO™ is the proprietary technology behind JULÄINE™.

It uses highly uniform Lactic Acid-based microspheres designed to integrate smoothly within the tissue. These microspheres stimulate fibroblast cells and encourage the production of new collagen before being naturally absorbed by the body.

The aim is to create gradual improvements in the skin’s underlying collagen structure rather than an artificial or overly dramatic change.

JULÄINE™ has been clinically studied for the correction of mild to severe nasolabial folds, which run from the sides of the nose towards the corners of the mouth.

JULÄINE™ is designed to work gradually.

As the treatment stimulates your body’s own collagen production, improvements develop over the weeks following your appointment rather than appearing as an immediate final result.

JULÄINE™ treatment at Aesthetics Lab starts from £1,000 per session.

As your treatment plan may include up to three sessions, the total cost will depend on the degree of correction you need. Your practitioner will confirm your personalised plan and its cost at your consultation, before any treatment goes ahead.

JULÄINE™ is intended for immune-competent adults. It may be suitable if you are looking for a gradual, natural-looking improvement in nasolabial folds.
